Are you ready for the biggest Clash Royale challenge this year? Here's what you need to know and expect for the upcoming event by Supercell, the King's Cup.


Dubbed as one of the most exciting Clash Royale events yet, The Clash Royale King’s Cup will take place on November 6, 2016, in Jet Center, Los Angeles, California.

The event will run for 11 hours starting from 8:00AM up to 7:00PM with a live broadcast around 1PM to 7PM.

Recently, Supercell opened the pre-registration site for all aspiring attendees; and is ready to give $100,000 worth of prizes to the participants!

The News:

Eight of the most popular Youtubers in the community will be faced by the Top 8 players who will make it to the Finals; For a chance to win $25,000.


The Tournament Details:

King’s Cup is divided into four waves. Heat 1 to 3 and the Finals, called the Bracket.

Heat 1:


The Prelims. Heat 1 will accommodate hundreds of players battling together to gain access to the next stage. Distinct rules were not detailed when it comes to deck usage, etc, but only 128 Players will progress to the next stage. The stage will run for an hour.

Heat 2:


The Quarter Finals. Heat 2 will let 128 players clash with each other to receive the token for the third stage of the tournament. The battle will also run for an hour.

Heat 3:


The Semis. Heat 3 will have a total of 68 players who will participate to get the Grand Challenge Key. This is where the decision rounds take place because only 8 Players will make it to the final stage. (1 Hour)



The Finals. The Top 8 will face the ultimate challenge of the tournament; Battle with the AllStars. This is the moment where only the best of the best will continue the competition. This is the moment where only the best of the best will continue the competition.

Of course, the event will not pursue without the hosts and commentators who will unleash additional excitement in the tournament.



The first 256 pre-registered participants will receive $20 GooglePlay gift card on the day of the event. Aspiring players can still register on-site. But there is no guarantee that they can participate in the tournament, Supercell says.

Players who will not have a chance to join the event in Los Angeles can still have a chance to win awesome prizes once the broadcast goes live. This was also mentioned in the official site of the tournament.

What to Expect:

Without the ever expected ClashCon this year, the King's Cup will fill the hype of the players across the globe. We expect that participants will grab this opportunity to join and show their skills in playing Clash Royale.
