Overview and Strength:
The Lava-Loon is still trying to hang on in this meta after the recent balance changes. CLASHwithSHANE shares this deck that you can use in your own ladder matches. This deck is equipped with good defense cards that you can use while you are busy with your Lava-Loon
The strength of this deck is the heavy tanking ability of the Lava Hound and the massive damage from the Balloon. This deck also has a good amount of support units that will keep your base well defended while your main push is busy destroying their tower.

Inferno Lava-Loon Deck:
- Balloon - Main win condition card. Place it at the farthest corner of the bridge behind your Lava Hound so it can potentially bypass any building in the middle of the enemy's base.
- Fireball - Push and building destroyer. This spell is also for any Minion Hordes.
- Goblin Gang - Main defense unit against average HP troops. You can also use them against flying units but make sure they're locked on to your Mega Minion first.
- Inferno Dragon - Tank crusher. It can also lure out the opponent's Minions and Minion Hordes.
- Lava Hound - Your main tank. Place it at the farthest corner of your base to make a slow push.
- Mega Minion - This is your defense's tank. Use it to distract while your cheap units such as Minions and Goblin Gang do the rest.
- Minions - Additional defense unit that can also help you get rid of Inferno Towers and Inferno Dragons.
- Zap - The usual spell against Infernos and swarms.
Clash Royale Strategy:
The Ideal Strategy of this deck is to place your Lava Hound at the farthest corner of your base to start a slow push. Once it reaches the bridge or as soon as you have enough elixirs, plant the Balloon at the bridge to start your attack. You may want to have your Fireball ready just in case your opponent tries to defend with the Minion Horde.
Starting your offensive push is the same as any Lava Hound decks. Place the Lava Hound at the farthest edge and then plant the Balloon at the bridge as soon as you're able. The rest of the cards are for your defense. Just in case the opponent tries to lure your push with the Inferno Tower, use Minions then Zap for it to retarget.
Aside from the Lava Hound and Balloon, the rest of the cards are for defense. Use the Mega Minion's semi-tankyness in dealing with ranged units while your Goblin Gang and Minions finish them off. The Inferno Dragon is for tanky units. If you're up against a P.E.K.K.A user, use the Goblin Gang to delay and deal chip damage while your Inferno Dragon roast her to death.
This deck's weakness is the Minions, Minion Horde, Inferno Tower, and Inferno Dragon. To deal with the Minions and Minion Horde, finish them with a well aimed Fireball. Same goes with the Inferno Tower and Inferno Dragon. You can also use your Minions against them and Zap to retarget.
CLASHwithSHANE battles a Hog-Freeze user in a super close match. Check out how he continued his assault and got three crowns.
This deck is pretty easy to use. It is like a beatdown deck but on air. All you need to do is to avoid Minions and Infernos along the way and make that Balloon connect. You may also have a bit of a hassle against ranged troops but this is where your Fireball comes in.
