Clash Royale Heal

A Spell card that can regenerate a unit(s)' HP within its radius. This Rare Heal Card is unlockable in Arena 10 - Hog Mountain.

Other Details Heal your troops to keep them in the fight! Friendly troops are healed over time while in the target area. Doesn't affect buildings.

Heal Overview:

The Heal Card is available in the Arena 10 - Hog Mountain. It is a Spell card that has the ability to Heal troops within its 3 tile radius. The Troops are healed every 0.5 seconds. This means the cards are healed up to 7 times along the 3-second duration. The Heal Spell provides some interesting gameplay in Clash Royale.

Balance Updates:

  • On the June 12, 2016 Update, Using multiple Heals will stack.
  • Supercell added the Heal card last May 1, 2017

The Heal Card for Defense:

As the name suggests, the Heal Card replenishes the HP of cards within its radius. Therefore, it is a card you use for defense while your troops are on offense. Take for example the Giant below:

Some players may choose not to counter the 3-unit minions. Take a look at what a single Minion can do that was kept alive by the Heal Card:

The same can be said with the other Minion troops - the Minion Horde and the Mega Minion.

JUST IN CASE the opponent doesn't have a Log or a very high level Zap, go ahead and cast the Heal Spell on the Goblin Gang and other Goblin Troops.

If the opponent has a Log, then no amount of Heal Spell can save your swarm troops.

Heal Spell Advance Tips and Strategy:

Against the Tornado, which can kill the Skeletons in 3 ticks, you can save all of them if you are able to time the Heal Spell perfectly.

The next one is against the Poison Spell. The Poison lasts 8 sec, and the Heal spell lasts 3 seconds. In the situation below, the Poison will kill the Minions on the 3rd tick. You need to time the deployment of Heal perfectly to save the Minion Horde.

Finally, the Heal Spell gives a lot of value to the Three Musketeers. Their survival will be higher againsts the Poison Log Combo and other mid-level spells.

Overall:

The Heal spell card is getting mixed emotions in the Clash Royale community. Some say it's OP, some say it's not. Heal spell can last for 3 secs minimum and it costs 3 elixirs. Some don't use it for being too cheesy. Nevertheless, the Heal Spell provides great value to majority of troops in Clash Royale and can really boost your defense.
