This Balance Change pointed out the most some of the used cards in the game, the Royal Giant and Elite Barbarians. The other cards are the Electro Wizard, Executioner, Furnace, Balloon, Skeleton Army, Goblin Hut and the LumberJack.
Royal Giant: Deploy Time to 2sec (from 1sec)
Tweaking his deploy time gives the defender a bit more time to react to Royal Giants played at the bridge or in the pocket (on your side of the Arena once a tower is down).
Supercell decided to nerf once again the Royal Giant. The RG is always one of the bulky units that are hard to counter with, sometimes. With its chunky HP and ATK, players need a bit more time to counter them once they are deployed. With this deploy time change, its user will now think twice before releasing this beast on the arena.
Elite Barbarians: Hitpoints -4%, Initial attack comes 0.1sec slower
This change will make Elite Barbarians a bit easier to deal with. They'll still be a threat and can take down big dudes on defense before going on a counter push, but they won't be quite as punishing.
The Elite Barbarians are having another nerf when it comes to their HP and initial attack speed. Undeniably, this card is one of the dominating cards in almost all arenas today. This makes it hot to Supercell's eyes for a lot of players are complaining about its power. The E-Barbs are one of the top picks and are challenging to counter, especially if the enemy knows how to support them. We are sensing a decrease of user of this unit once the update goes live.
Furnace: Hitpoints -5%
Furnace offers really nice support to your offense, but its high hitpoints also make it a bit too strong on defense. A small tweak will help here.
At last, the Furnace will have a decrease of Hitpoints in this update. Most players are requesting this change for it can chip in great damage to towers alone. With its increase of users, it is really a big thing if it receives a buff or nerf from the developers.
Goblin Hut: Hitpoints +5%
Goblin Hut has lived in the shadow of the Furnace for long enough! This change, in conjunction with the one above, should make them both interesting and viable options depending on your deck.
Swarmer type card, the Goblin Hut, will be receiving an additional HP in this update. Supercell is positive about its popularity after this small buff. Lately, there are very few players who chose to play with this Hut. Can we see the Goblin Hut more often than the Furnace after this month's latest changes?
Electro Wizard: Hit Speed to 1.8sec (from 1.7sec)
Electro Wizard offers a bit too much damage and control for a ranged support troop. A lower hit speed will tone him down in both areas.
Aside from lowering its HP, Supercell decided to make its ATK speed slower than before. This will bring a huge impact on both offense and defense. The Electro Wizard's ability is getting way too much in the current meta. It is one of the most used support, putting a lot of decks in trouble once it faces it. Through this nerf, a lot of slow push decks might get an upper hand in most battles.
Executioner: Damage +6%
Now that all of the Executioner's bugs have been ironed out, we can return him to his former glory! This will also make him a great option for countering the increasingly popular Lava Hound based decks.
The power of the Executioner is now back. With this added damage, players will make it again their main support in their decks. Supercell tends to settle down first all the concerns and bugs with this unit. Now, they return what it deserves in the first place. Is this the start of a more slow push decks like the Giant or Lava Hound?
Balloon: Death Damage delay to 3sec (from 1sec)
It's great to see the Balloon become a more viable offense card since the last change; however, we'd like to add a bit more Death Damage delay to allow for better counterplay.
From a bunch of changes in the past, the Balloon will have a nice and useful buff once it was taken down in this update. Fast moving troops will now be killed in an instant by the Balloon's bomb. Thus, making a stronger attack towards a target. With this change, expect to see a lot of air decks in the future.
Skeleton Army: Skeleton count decreased to 14 (from 15)
Another critical change to maintain the delicate balance of "Skeletal equilibrium" within the Arena. Probably.
The Skarmy is again, lessen by a single Larry. Supercell is hoping that this will balance further the Skellies roaming around the arena once it is deployed. Can we see a big difference from the past version to this update?
Lumberjack: Hitpoints +4%
He's strong, fast and drops an interesting Rage effect, but in many situations he simply lacks the hitpoints to be really effective. A few more will help!
This is a really good news for LJ fans. This +4% is a big help to reach its target and further wreck havoc. Hope we can see more action with the Lumberjack in the near future.

In my opinion, this is a really big move that Supercell has done in the past months. This balancing change will surely affect a lot of players forcing them to switch some of their cards in the deck. Also, some cards are being groomed. It sends signals that we must go ahead and formulate new decks for the future metas.
Chief, do you like the changes or nah?
