Overview and Strength:
The Balloon is coming back in the meta. It is no doubt that players are taking a notice of this flying Balloon of Doom. With just one hit, it can cause a massive damage, with a couple more it can demolish the entire tower. The Miner will act as a tank while it takes care of the rest.
The strength of this deck is how quick you can cycle through your deck. The rest of the cards are there for support. It also has three spells to do direct damage. It has the amazing [[Executioner] + Tornado combo plus a Fireball and The Log.
3.5 Balloon Deck:
- Balloon - Main win condition card. Mean flying machine. First hit can knock down a huge amount of HP. Pair with the Miner.
- Executioner - What is the usual counter against the Balloon? Minions or Minion Horde. He is the direct counter.
- Fireball - If your Executioner is too busy or not in the cycle, you can use this to get rid of counter and even the Inferno Tower.
- Knight - He is cheap and tanky. Use him for any incoming tanky units. He can lure them in the middle and take care of them.
- Miner -
- Minions - Another weakness for your deck are the Inferno Dragons and Inferno Towers. Use them to distract them and finish them off.
- The Log - They may have swarm units waiting for your Miner. Using The Log will give you positive elixir trade.
- Tornado - Perfect companion for your Executioner. This pulls them into a ball making the job of your Executioner easier.
Clash Royale Strategy:
The Ideal Strategy of this deck is to have the Miner tank for your Balloon. You drop the Miner directly at the opponent's tower and then the Balloon at the bridge. You can either have your Fireball ready for any counters or put the Executioner at the bridge once you have enough elixirs. Remaining cards are for counters.
You may want to know where your opponent will start so you wait. Drop the Executioner at the back of your king tower leading to where your opponent will start his/her push. Counter with your Knight for additional support to your Executioner and then make the 8 elixir push with your Miner + Balloon. If you still have your Executioner alive, that is better and have your Tornado ready just in case.
If you're facing against the Graveyard use the Minions. If they have Poison, you can use the Knight with the Executioner. Facing a bridge spam? You have the Knight to tank them in the middle, Tornado + Executioner to finish them off and then go with the Miner + Balloon for the counter-push.
As with other tower locking cards in the game, the Inferno Tower + Inferno Dragon can pose a problem but your Minions can take care of them. If you see an Inferno Tower planted in the middle of his/her base, drop your Minions at the center of the arena to go straight towards the building and get rid of it.

Once you have the Miner + Balloon + Executioner combo locked in, it is almost hard for your opponent to counter. Sometimes you have to use the power of the Fireball to finish a match. But of course, before you get that good formula, you have to know what cards your opponent has and get ready for a good counter before you go with your push.
